This service is designed to offer individualized telephone assistance.  Please note that, while Jim is biased in your favor, he cannot recommend specific brands over others. This is about making what you already have – or plan to have - perform at a higher level.  It’s called StraightTalk.

How It Works
 

1. Use the Online Store to purchase a StraightTalk session. You can use either a credit card or PayPal to do so. The charge is USD $37.70 for 30 minutes.
    

2. Within 24 hours of receiving payment (usually much sooner, unless he is traveling or otherwise out of the office), Jim will send you an e-mail to set up a time to talk. He will provide you with the phone number and discuss the best time to call.
    

3. If it turns out that you want to add additional time during your discussion, you can simply add it on the website with another purchase.  So you can keep talking if desired.
    

4. StraightTalk clients may use standard landline, cell, Skype or FaceTime.
